Terms of Delivery
Scheduling a delivery:
Our staff will give you a call once your items are here and inspected. We try our best to set up specific delivery times, but please understand that the scheduled time is flexible and our delivery staff could be up to 30 minutes before or after. If our delivery staff arrive for your delivery and find that nobody is home, they will attempt to contact you by phone. If they are unable to make contact, a new delivery must be set up, and a second delivery charged.
During your delivery:
Due to the layout of different homes and the weight or awkwardness of some products, we cannot be responsible for scratches or dents to floors, walls, doors or stairway banisters, or dirt and stains resulting from delivery personnel wearing boots within your home. If you would prefer, we can unwrap and leave your furniture at the entrance of your home or garage.
